Angie Cheung is a model turned actress from Malaysia who moved to Hong Kong to get her name (and nudity) in lights. In 1992 at the age of 19, she won the Miss Chinese Malaysia pageant and competed in the Miss Chinese International pageant the next year. While she didn’t win that pageant, she did get noticed, signed a deal with the Hong Kong TV production company TVB, and quickly began appearing in a variety of TV shows.
